We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools on this site. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site running and secure.

Why we use it

We use your information only to send you emails about BOTANIC releases, including your invitation, and to address you by name and in the language you chose. We use the visit details to understand how people find us. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Consent

We collect your information with your consent, given when you request an invitation. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to us. Once you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you.

Who processes it for us

We use trusted service providers to run the site and send emails:

These providers may store and process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. They are bound by contract to protect it and to use it only to provide their services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are on our list. If you unsubscribe, we delete your details within 30 days, except your email address and the date you unsubscribed, which we keep so that we never email you again.

How we protect it

Access to the sign-up list is limited to the BOTANIC team, through password-protected accounts. Unsubscribe links are signed so that no one else can change your preferences.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to us and we will reply within 30 days.
